SIERRA FACILITY CONSULTING
School Facility Assessments
Consulting for all of your school facility needs
The Emergency Repair Program (ERP) was created as
result of the Williams Settlement. Schools identified by the California
Department of Education (CDE) as ranked in deciles one, two, or three
and that were newly constructed prior to January 1, 2000 are eligible
for ERP funding.
$800 million has been set aside for the ERP to fully fund the repair or
replacement of school facilities that are deemed unsafe or unhealthy for
students and staff. In order to secure funding, the application must
include sufficient evidence to substantiate the presence of a health and
safety threat. The experienced staff at Sierra Facility Consulting will
provide all the necessary and required documentation, including cost
estimates, photos, and reports, that are necessary to secure ERP
funding. Assistance with the application process is also available.
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to dramatically improve your
school facilities with very little cost to you. Please contact us to see
how we can help you apply for Emergency Repair Program funding.
