California Senate Bill 550, a result of the Williams Settlement, requires that school districts or county offices of education participating in the School Facility Program or Deferred Maintenance Program after July 1, 2005 establish a Facility Inspection System. First, a trained and experienced SFC team will perform a complete audit and evaluation of your facilities.
